Solid Ground Foundation Repair and Moisture Control provides services including, but not limited to:

• Termite damage repair 
• Moisture damage and rotted wood repair 
• Sagging floor leveling and pier support 
• Vapor barrier installation in crawl spaces 
• Crawl space drainage solutions (French drains, positive drains) 
• Exterior water control 

Services are offered in Northern Middle Tennessee. All work is subject to a written agreement between the company and customer.

3. Estimates and Contracts

• Estimates provided are based on available information at the time. 
• Final costs may vary depending on site conditions, customer changes, or unforeseen issues. 
• Work will not begin until a signed agreement is in place and any required deposit is received. 

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be clearly stated in your contract. 
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. 
• Late payments may be subject to fees. 

5. Warranties & Limitations

• Any warranties offered will be stated in your signed contract. 
• We do not guarantee that services will prevent all future foundation or moisture issues, as environmental and structural factors vary. 
• To the extent permitted by law, Solid Ground is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

6. Website Use

• You may not misuse this website for unlawful purposes. 
• Content (logos, images, text) is owned by Solid Ground and cannot be copied or distributed without written permission. 

7. Privacy
